      Sir Bryan Cosmo Bonsor, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 September 1916.1 He was the son of Sir Reginald Bonsor, 2nd Bt. and Nancy Frances Walrond.1 He married Elizabeth Hambro, daughter of Angus Valdimar Hambro and Vanda Dorothy Julia Charlton, on 7 March 1942.2 He died on 5 March 1977 at age 60.1,3
      He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.1 He fought in the Second World War, with the Buckinghamshire Yeomanry, where hewas mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1945.1 He was a director of Watney's between 1947 and 1958.1 He was a director of Watney Mann between 1958 and 1977.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bonsor, of Kingswood, Epsom, co. Surrey [U.K., 1925] on 4 April 1959.1
