    • Robert Birtwhistle (Bob) also has his birth as 1618, but no documentation. L Alan Birtwhistle searched the Kirkby Malham Parish records available on line and did not find a record for this Thomas. He checked 1613 through 1623..
      It appears that the record keeper at Kirkby Malham Parish Church, in order to clarify whose child was whose when it came to Thomas 1588-1663 and Thomas 1618-1669, stated the child was either the child of Thomas senior or Thomas junior. This is Thomas junior or younger.
      The Wharfegen.org site has marriage abt 1639.
