    • his son NICHOLAS DELAMAIN (the younger) is said to have been a large Irish landowner with estates in Dublin and Kilkenny, married a Miss Butler, who is said to have been nearly allied to the Duke of Ormand of Ireland. Their son

      HENRY, said to be from Cork, in turn married a Miss Bond, daughter of Dr. Bond of Kilkenny, a physician to the Duke of Ormand.
      They had two sons, JOHN and Henry (#2)
      JOHN, said to be from York, later returned to Ireland and married Sarah Antrobus from a prominent Dublin family. Their only known child was a third HENRY (son of John not John's brother Henry!)
