Thomas Fraser of Knockie, and 1st of Strichen was born circa 1550.1 He was the son of Alexander Fraser, 4th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat and Janet Campbell.2 He married Isobel Forbes, daughter of John Forbes of Corsindae.1 He died on 2 October 1612.1
